Can I change plans along the way?

Yes, at any time: you only pay the difference with your current plan.

What if I change my mind?

Full refund within 14 days, as long as nothing has been sent.

What happens to unused credits?

They stay attached to your event for 12 months. A long SMS or one to an expensive country may count as 2 credits.

Is VAT included?

Yes, all prices shown include VAT for individuals.

What does the free plan include?
